1. Digital Products – No Physical Items

All sales are for digital files only. No physical products will be shipped. Access is granted via digital download immediately after purchase.

2. Strict Licensing Terms

All materials — including images, text, activities, and illustrations — are the sole intellectual property of Grow With Leo™ and Jersel Linugo.

By purchasing, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal-use license.

You are not allowed to:

• Share, upload, or distribute our files on any platform (public or private)
• Resell, remix, or edit our content to create derivative works
• Print materials for any commercial use, including schools or classrooms, without express written consent
• Use Grow With Leo materials in courses, workshops, AI training datasets, content libraries, or marketplaces

Violation of this license will result in immediate legal action.

3. No Refunds – Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of our products, you waive the right to any refund, chargeback, or dispute once a download begins.

Attempting to file a chargeback after receiving our files will be considered theft and pursued legally.

4. No Group, School, or Bulk Use Without License

Purchases are for one household use only.

Teachers, schools, therapists, and organizations must request a separate bulk license at: business@growwithleo.org

We reserve the right to deny access or pursue legal action if our files are used beyond the original scope of license.

5. AI Use & Content Protection

You may not:

• Upload Grow With Leo content into AI models (including ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, or any LLMs)
• Use our illustrations or storylines for dataset training, public reposting, or prompt generation

We monitor AI-related misuse using watermarking and embedded detection methods.

6. Disclaimers

Grow With Leo materials are for educational and emotional development purposes only. We do not claim to cure or treat any condition and are not responsible for how the materials are interpreted or applied.

We are not liable for:

• User printing errors
• Lost access due to user device failures
• Misuse of material

7. Termination of License

We reserve the right to revoke access and pursue damages if:

• Files are shared publicly
• Refunds or disputes are initiated after download
• Content is used outside license terms

8. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. All disputes will be settled in California courts or via binding arbitration if agreed.
